Laser for Facial Veins (Thread veins / broken capillaries)

Laser treatment targets visible facial veins (often around the nose, cheeks, or chin). The laser energy is absorbed by the blood in the vessel, heating it so the vessel collapses and is naturally cleared by the body over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need?

Many people need 1–3 sessions, depending on how many veins, depth, and skin sensitivity.

Does it hurt?

Feels like quick hot flicks/elastic snaps. Most lasers have cooling to help.

When will I see results?

Some vessels fade immediately; others fade over 2–6 weeks.

Can it treat rosacea?

It can reduce visible vessels and redness, but it’s not a cure—maintenance may be needed.

Is it safe for all skin tones?

Some lasers are better for specific skin types. Darker skin tones require extra caution and appropriate settings to reduce pigmentation risk.
